  I had two experiences at the Great American Cookie Co. I don't care for the way the Company is being managed in the evening. I went to purchase some decorated cookies and new of the young girl who decorates. She was there to decorate but the Shift manager would not let her decorate the cookies that I wanted to purchase. I had already purchased at another time during the day, a cake, that the girl had decorated and it was great. My kids loved the decorated cake.
  I asked the shift manager his name, he said Dan, and said I will buy the cookies if the girl will decorate them. He said she is not decorating the cookies and that he would decorate them. I said no thank you. As I left, Dan turned and looked at the girl who was going to decorate the cookies and told her she had lost the sale for him. I thought that was very rude of the Shift manager to say that to his employee in front of the customers. I feel the Great American Cookie Company needs to really think about the type of kids they hire as shift managers. It was very disappointing.
  the girl that decorated my cake, was a very pleasant young lady and you could tell she really enjoyed decorating. People like the girl, are the kind of people the Great American Cookie Co. should be hiring.
  
  My good experience was during the day. I went in the morning a bought a cake and had the girl, Emily, decorate it. It was beautiful and my kids loved it. I will give the Great American Cookie Co. in Wellington more business if I can have, Emily the decorator, decorate my cakes and cookies.
