  I go to all of these guys locations and have only had the best experiences, they have the best customer service around with the largest selection I've seen anywhere. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vape stuff. They are informative and always offer me good advice. Thanks E Vapor.

  This is my favorite shop. They always have the best deals and tons of e liquids. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Purchased an eleaf istick pico after reading good reviews about this device online. I was very eager to get my hands on a new device to bring with me on a trip this weekend. Due to the rush, i willingly paid $79.99 for my kit even knowing that it was available online for just $30. It came to more than $120 with a battery and some extra coils. A markup of over 100% seemed ridiculous but I needed a reliable device ASAP. I should have been alerted to the fact that all of the boxes in the entire case were opened up. Nothing in the store other than liquid was factory sealed. The employee had to switch my tank for one from another kit because he found it to be faulty while demonstrating to me how to use it. Also one of the coils in my box had been completely taken out of the packaging and put back in. He assured me that this was just from a previous demonstration. I Got it home and the thing ended up shooting more liquid into my mouth than vapor. Within an hour of purchase I brought the device back to have it looked at. The employee who was the same one who had initially sold it to me, assured me that it was normal to get juice in my mouth. He then suggested that I "put my tongue on the roof of my mouth while I hit it so I won't end up drinking too much". He then directed me to their NO REFUND policy and sent me on my way. I returned home, heeded his advice and ended up with nicotine poisoning the very next day. After I finished vomiting and got over the cold sweats I brought it back to demand an exchange or refund. They wouldn't budge at first but after freaking out on them for a good half hour they decided to allow an exchange for the same exact product. I got that one home and it was not only still shooting liquid into my mouth, but this one also leaks hot eliquid all over the box and my hand. At the end of the day, I'm now stuck disputing the $120 charge to my credit card while left with a useless brick of a device. I'm concerned that this store may actually be selling counterfeit's due to the raving reviews online vs the crappy product I was presented with. Additionally, several of the 25 reviews found here are employees of the store. You can even see the names of reviewers mentioned in some of the other reviews. I am back to smoking gas station ecigs for the time being. To be honest though, smoking analogs are probably safer than smoking this establishment's products.
