  The location could be even more perfect than it already is, if Publix would stop delaying on my favorite coffee creamer. Love this Location and the Staff.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!!
  ...I am taking the time to write this complaint so the other customers shopping here will know this Publix has terrible employees working here, and I will never be shopping at Publix again!
  
  The cashier (Heather) (at the "so-called Customer Service" counter) decided to discriminate against me and take another customer out of the line to get in front of me. I decided to ask the Assistant Manager (Neil) for assistance to find out "why" I was discriminated against, but he refused to help me.
  
  Finally, assistant manager (Ed) did assist me, he tried to call Heather to the front to find out what happened, but Heather went outside of the store to sit down on the bench because she knew I was complaining.
  
  I used to work for Publix, and the manager at my store would have fired her on the spot for such actions.
  
  I WILL NOT stop complaining until Publix decides to do what the management preaches and "take care of the customer"
  
  I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY PUBLIX EVER AGAIN!!!!
